Jaimie Graham spent nearly two decades as a high school chemistry teacher before transitioning full time into the trades industry alongside her husband at Element Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. Her background in education shaped her passion for teaching, leadership, and helping others grow, values she now brings into the home service industry every day.

Jaimie enjoys working side by side with her husband, Jon, as they continue building a company focused on serving their community and creating opportunities for others.
